Liquid Nitrogen Filler Valves are specifically designed to service liquid nitrogen (LIN) systems for military aircraft.  They automatically open and close when activated by the mating component.  Pin quantity and size variations are provided for proper coupling.  Valves can be modified to meet specific customer requirements. Perform in accordance with MIL-PRF-38201.

CGA 870 MRI Compatible Oxygen Regulator

OXYGEN REGULATOR – CGA 870 MRI COMPATIBLE

The Oxygen Regulator is a compact unit manufactured of lightweight aluminum with brass high pressure conduits. This CGA 870 is MRI compatible and has been tested to 3 Tesla. The regulator precisely maintains any of twelve different preset flow settings from a full cylinder (2000 psig) to an empty one (500 psig). The CGA 870 style features an ergonomic five-lobe knob for easy hand tightening.  Meets ASTM G175-03 standards for promoted ignition and adiabatic compression.  Conforms to CE standards.

AEROMEDICAL LOX SYSTEM MODEL 526 READY TO INSTALL (RTI)

The Aeromedical LOX System Model 526 Ready to Install (RTI) system supplies oxygen to medevac patients.  It provides a safe, compact and lightweight means of storing gaseous oxygen.  The RTI consists of a 10 liter LOX converter with a heat exchanger and regulator mounted inside a sheet metal enclosure.

The 10 Liter LOX Converter within the RTI supplies up to 8,600 gaseous liters of oxygen at 70 psig.  It is designed to MIL-DTL-19803 and tested to MIL-STD-810.  The Model 526 RTI weighs approximately 50 pounds empty and 75 pounds when full.   The enclosure mounts with four aircraft seat track fittings.

The 34 Liter Core Sampling Canister features 304L Stainless Steel which is electro-polished inside and out.  Designed to support global atmospheric research programs, the canister includes an ultra-clean valve which is protected by the carrying handle to ensure sample integrity.  Both the valve and canister have an all-metal construction.  The self-standing design provides more stability in use.  The 34 Liter Core Sampling Canister has an operating pressure of 500 PSIG and is certified DOT 4D.

The F-16 Fighting Falcon Sidestick Control Grip is the main pilot/aircraft interface for flight, avionics and armament systems. Manufactured of precision cast aluminum, this grip is resistant to environmental conditions per MIL-STD-810. The stick grip provides a variety of single and multi-function switch assemblies for flight control, autopilot override, nosewheel steering, aerial refueling, display management, air-to-ground weapon release, and a two-stage trigger for air-to air weapons release.
